A: Yes, to both. We have the capability to lend our own funds, but do we fund all projects...
NO. Due to risk tolerances, geographic restrictions and varying property types, we do not lend
on all projects. That being said, we have enormous experience and contacts in the motgage lending
industry. We work with many of the nations leading insurance companies, REITs, capital management
groups, pension funds, conduit lenders, and private equity partners. If we will not lend directly,
chances are that one of our affiliated partners will. So, in that sense...we will, at times, broker
deals as necessary.
